Beachmont Subdivision

The 44 new homes at Beachmont will be constructed by Beachmont Land Development, LLC, owned by David Alves. David has over 30 years of construction and development experience; and has earned an excellent reputation for imaginative design, superior construction, and extraordinary finish work.

Each Beachmont home will be custom designed and built to the homeowner's specifications. Beachmont offers so many choices. Plans are available for colonials, capes and single level living. Styles vary from traditional to contemporary New England architecture, and all will share the superior quality commitment that makes Beachmont such a coveted new community.

Beachmont is being offered in three phases. Phase One is sold out and construction has been completed. Phase Two is now in development with three lots still available.
