Co-owned by David Alves, Beachmont Land Development, LLC will construct 44 new homes at the Beachmont Subdivision. With more than 30 years of experience, David has earned an excellent reputation for being a reliable contractor when it comes to design, construction, and finishing services.

  • Sites in Development in Phase Two (Dolphin Avenue) – Lot 29 is still available to be built on.
  • Sites Ready for Construction in Phase Three (Dolphin Avenue) – Started in the Summer of 2017 With One Lot Still Available and 2 Ranch style spec homes are being built and will be ready by late spring early summer.
